Mould design and manufacture
We primarily deal with the design and manufacture of injection moulding and cutting tools. However, depending on free capacity, we undertake the maintenance / overhaul of ready-made tools and the repair of injection moulds.
Technical design is carried out by our two design engineers with ProEngineer, Solide Edge and CAD/CAM software. Cutting is performed with traditional and CNC milling machines with high accuracy guaranteed. Heat-treated and hard metal parts are machined on our electrospark and wire electrospark machining equipment.
Ready-made moulds are tested at our Ebszőnybánya plant making the last phase of mould manufacture simpler and shorter.
